We used to have the written instruction, but many users were new to Final Cut Pro and weren’t sure how to find the Motion Templates folder. That was why we created a tutorial video for each and every product, and got rid of the written instruction.
Our team will work on adding the written instruction in the PDF file together with the tutorial video link.
If you’d like us to send you the download links again after we finish adding the written instruction, please don’t hesitate to contact our team: https://simplevideomaking.com/contact-us/
If the .moti file contains many layers/groups, you have to group them all together (select them and press Shift-Command-G) – let’s name it Master Group. Then drag and drop this master group to “Favorites” or “Content” as explained in the tutorial video I sent you earlier.
I did that with “Free Title 1.moti” (your file), but when i want to import this group in a new project, i lost the background drop zone (Title Background layer).
It’s why i ask you this question. Could you try with your file ?
The default Title Background placeholder by Motion can not be copied from one project to another. Do you need the Title Background placeholder for any specific reason? As I think the Title Background placeholder is not intended to hold source media (images or movie clips) added in Motion, it is not really needed for a project created with Motion 5.
You can create a dropzone to replace the Title Background (Command – Shift – D), and then copy it to the library with the whole template.
Ordered via stripe and it took the info, popup went away after submit and then page refreshed. No error message or anything. Maybe you can check page code and stripe since I haven’t received any email after almost 30 min.
Thank you for purchasing the pack and letting me know the issue. I have checked Stripe system – your payment didn’t go through. Your card hasn’t been charged anything at all, and its information is not stored anywhere.
Please check the stability of your internet connection before you make payment via Stripe. Also, for security reasons, browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Therefore, please make sure that you are purchasing the pack from this link:
I bought some of your Plugins including this one. Have one question cause it is annoying to me.
Is it difficult to write one sentence in the PDF file to put what folder where instead of asking people to watch VIDEO via link ?
Again and again to watch which video which has nothing special in it but can be done with one sentence in pdf file.
Hi Zay,
Thank you for your great suggestion!

Can these be made rectangular to be use in a 1080×1920 Instagram story? If so, how?
Hi Jim,
Thank you for your interest in the Square Video Essentials! Unfortunately, these templates’ resolution is 1080 x1080 only.

Hello
This pack seems very interesting, but I do not understand very well for what application it can serve?
Is it only for social media (Facebook, Twitter, Insta ???). For what purpose do you make videos for social media?

Hi Jech,
Thank you for your question! Yes, the templates work with Motion 5 as well. You’ll need to have Motion 5.3.1 or above to use them.
